In the presentation, Kara talks of the amazing qualities of the heart, water, hydrogen and its ability to store memory of physical creation.

Anytime you undertake a new project, it’s unknown how much work will have to go into it to get it finished, but you know that if you can carry it to completion, it will be rewarding, and you will learn and grow new things in the process.

In the last week of 2011 and the first month of 2012 I went into a tear working on mastering and completion of this album which I had worked on when possible while on the road filming and recording various things for the People Like Us Project mostly on the upper west coast in the late summer and fall of 2011. It felt like it had to be done while there as a window of time where I could focus on it, so now we have the album, which we’re currently calling Mystic Garden Jam Session, in a manifested form, and it really is something special. It’s a group effort of some of the most talented artists on the west coast, and it has that combination of spontineity and focus that is the hallmark of a good music recording.

I was goin crazy working so hard on this and not being able to share it so there are a couple tracks posted and downloadable here. Warning: the material has the potential to change the way you listen to music. We find that a lot of the music we’ve been surrounded with all our lives from the major labels only goes so far with lyrical content because the major labels generally promote artists who in their lyrics have themes of nihilism, materilism, narcissism, dysfunctional relationships and a low vibrational lifestyle of separation and limitation that is broadcast and permeated to subconscious minds of people everywhere so (it gets deeper than that with what popular culture promotes and who runs the labels and who it’s benefitting but we’ll leave it at that here), it’s good to have another example made available, that music can be nutritious and spur growth and balance, and so on and so forth.

Anyway I’m very stoked about that and stoked about sharing. Is it a humble effort in many ways yes but that’s all it takes to get across, to light that spark which is already being lit but wants so much to further spread.
